Carol Rusaw

Carol Rusaw has over 30 years of experience teaching adults, managing educational programs, and consulting with public, private, and nonprofit organizations. The courses include management, supervisory, and executive development programs, organizational change and consultation, creative problem solving, and interpersonal and organizational communications. Carol has published over 20 refereed journal articles and national and international conference proceedings in management, organizational development, women in management, and adult education and human resource development, two books, and three book chapters. In her leisure time, she writes nonfiction articles and does original oil paintings of landscapes and seascapes. Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries in Texas and Hawaii and have won awards of distinction. Carol is also a certified coach and enjoy helping people develop new perspectives on themselves, their relationships, their careers, and issues they are facing.
