Julie L Heureux

Julie L’Heureux is a digital photographer who concentrates in landscapes, portraits, and abstracts. When she makes an image, it is more than what the viewer sees. Julie interjects her ideas of what is important using light, shadows, color, and clarity. Rather than presenting a factual reality, an illusion is fabricated to conjure the realms of our imagination. She creates an image that may be different than what the viewer saw when they looked at a subject. Julie creates this new reality with her camera, using light, and with digital creativity using Lightroom and Photoshop.
